Refund & Cancellation Policy

At HopHealth.in, we strive to make your healthcare booking experience smooth and transparent. Please read our Refund and Cancellation Policy carefully before booking any services through our platform.

1. Appointment Cancellation

a. User-Initiated Cancellations

You may cancel an appointment through your HopHealth.in account or by contacting our support team.

  • Free Cancellation Window: Appointments can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any charges.
     
  • Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours before appointment): May be subject to a cancellation fee, as per the hospital's or doctor’s individual policy.
     

Note: Some hospitals or services may have stricter cancellation terms. Please review the cancellation terms displayed during booking.
 

2. Hospital-Initiated Cancellations

If a hospital or doctor cancels your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances:

  • You will be notified immediately
     
  • You will receive a full refund (if any payment was made)
     
  • We will assist in rescheduling the appointment at your convenience
     

3. Refund Policy

a. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are processed for:

  • Canceled bookings (as per above terms)
     
  • Duplicate payments
     
  • Failed bookings (technical issues or payment success without confirmation)
     

b. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds are not provided in cases such as:

  • No-shows (you fail to attend the appointment)
     
  • Cancellations made outside the allowed window
     
  • Services already availed
     

4. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be initiated to your original payment method
     
  • It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider

5. Rescheduling Appointments

You may reschedule appointments through your account dashboard, subject to availability of the hospital/doctor. Rescheduling is generally free if done at least 24 hours in advance.
